    Immunity certificates

You must've a valid immunity or vaccination certificate to participate in the event. For information on the validity, acquisition and scope of EU-wide certificates, please visit the European Commission's information page.

Please note that we cannot relax the rules, but may ask you to take other non-binding actions that may be recommended. One example is the mandatory fever measurement prior to entry. The results of the measurement aren't recorded or stored in any way, we're not able to do so despite your explicit request.

    Hygiene rules

Protecting the health of others during an epidemic is especially important, so we ask everyone to follow general hygiene rules:

    • Use hand sanitizer upon entering,
    • Wash hands frequently and thoroughly,
    • Sneeze or cough into a disposable handkerchief,
    • If possible, don't drink from each other's glasses,
    • Stay home if you don't feel well or sick!

We'll provide hand washing and hand disinfection at the main event site.

    Capacity limitation

The event is NOT affected by restrictions!

Please note that the maximum number of participants must be adjusted to the current regulation, even retroactively! Those who're in the queue with a ticket that's already been redeemed can request a refund at any time up until the first day of the event. If you don't, your deposit will automatically be placed in your Furdance wallet for future use.

Important: If you make a payment while you're still on the waiting list and we've not yet offered you a ticket, your deposit will be temporarily placed in your Furdance wallet. The amount in the wallet doesn't entitle you to attend the event, be added to the waiting list or reserve a seat!

    Refund

By agreeing to the admission offered to you, you acknowledge that the reference to epidemiological measures and their tightening doesn't constitute a refund if the event takes place and you still cannot attend. It's your own responsibility to comply! Examples are the absence of an immunity certificate, missing vaccinations or an officially ordered house quarantine.

If the Hungarian government prohibits you from entering the country, you can request a refund of the fees you paid or keep them in your Furdance Wallet for later use. If entry isn't prohibited, but only subject to conditions, compliance with these conditions is also your own responsibility!

Please contact the organizers if you're unable to comply with the stricter rules so that we can consider a refund if, for example, health reasons make it impossible for you to comply.
