Each person attending the convention is responsible for themselves and is expected to abide by the rules and guidelines of the event.
The aim of the regulations are to cover all possible scenarios and provide clear, easy-to-understand answers to every conceivable situation. Therefore, unlike conventional regulations, we endeavour to use simple, direct and understandable wording. It is possible that we may describe situations or scenarios that seem scary at first glance, but this ensures that they do not actually happen.
